
Scott Park brings more than 25 years of experience in oil and gas environmental and regulatory management to Impacto, having held leadership roles at Noble Energy, Golder Associates, Bonanza Creek Energy, and Civitas Resources. 

At Bonanza Creek, Scott initiated the strategy for the company’s Environmental, Social, and Governance Program and helped provide guidance that led to the successful merging of assets from five companies worth approximately $4 billion.
 
Scott’s deep and multi-faceted knowledge of complex federal, state, and local regulatory compliance within the oil and gas industry provides specialized risk management expertise found within Impacto’s ESG analytics services and the Litico business intelligence platform.

Scott holds a BS, Environmental Science, Environmental Assessment and Analysis Emphasis from Utah State University.
