Heather North

Heather North is the Chief Operating Officer (COO) of Impacto, with over 13 years of experience in strategic planning, investor relations, and digital transformation. She specializes in leveraging AI for data insights, driving operational efficiency, and leading cross-functional teams.

Before joining Impacto in 2024, Heather was VP of Integration and Special Projects at Civitas Resources, where she led the integration of nine acquisitions, streamlining workflows and improving data-driven decision-making. At Chevron, she advised on digital transformation in OE Reporting and Analytics, while at Noble Energy, she managed business integration and operational efficiency as Business Integration Supervisor and Lead Staff Landman.

Heather holds an Executive MBA from the University of Denver, where she graduated with honors, and a Bachelor’s in Biology and Secondary Education from Metropolitan State University of Denver. She also serves as a Board Member for the Center for Social Creativity and was named one of the Top 40 Women in Energy by the Denver Business Journal.
